chicken croquettes Directions
- one pound of chicken breast
- few slices of toasted bread
- 1 egg
- 6-7 sticks of asparagus ( any vegatables will work: corn, broccoli or other)
- some parsley
- salt, pepper, spices
- half a cup of milk
drop chicken breast ( cut into pieces), bread, milk, egg, salt, pepper aand other spices and mix all togather.
cut asparagus or any other vegetbles into small pieces and drop them in the mixture
make round size croquettes with hand, dip them in the flour or bread crumbs and fry well in the oil from both parts.
Serve with rice or any kinds of pasta.
Tomato souce will work well on top of all.
