cauliflower with eggs

I love this vegetable in any dish, cooked or roased ot even raw in salads or dips. It has great crunchy texture and refreshing flavour and lots of iron and vitamins. Very healthy and delicious and gives you lots of ideas to work with it. Here is one simple and great recipe with white couliflower:)

cauliflower with eggs Directions

  • 1 medium size cauliflower
  • 1 medium sized white sweet onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • some parsley and cilatry
  • salt,pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of oil

  1. cut cauliflower into medium sized brunches, so that each piece has nice tree shape
  2. put oil in the pot and drop the pices in it
  3. keep the heat medium for 10 minutes and toss them every two-three minutes, so that they do not burn
  4. don\'t forget to put the cover on pot, so that the cauliflower starts to sweat and let the juices come out
  5. add sliced onion and stir again
  6. they soften pretty soon, so do not overcook them,
  7. mix two aggs and when you see that cauliflower is almost ready, pour the beaten eggs in the pot and stir well
  8. add fresh chopped herbs and garlic, salt, pepper
  9. I also love adding some dried corriander and other georgian spices (ucxo suneli, kviteli kvavili)
  10. turn the heat off and enjoy:)
